Our Goals On The Olua Marginal Field

Strategic Goals

  • To Proactively Identify and acquire high potential oil and gas leases in Shallow water locations in Nigeria, on the back of the successful development of the Olua Marginal Field.
  • To grow the company’s Proven Reserves Portfolio by a factor of 100% within the first 5 years of Operations
  • To identify and acquire oil and gas leases on Land or Shallow Water Locations in Emerging African Oil and Gas Markets
  • To grow the company’s Proven Reserves Portfolio by a factor of 400% within the first 10 years of Operations
  • To develop community management strategies in line with prevailing laws in its target markets to minimize disruptions and enhance the successful management of acquired assets
  • To ensure that it holds operatorship positions over a minimum of 50% of proven reserves under its portfolio
  • To develop and implement operating philosophies designed to optimize per barrel costs on its managed assets and enhance the quality of returns to its stakeholders
  • To seek for opportunities to integrate oil and gas producing operations by establishing secondary gas processing facilities that creates direct revenue streams from gas through existing gas development platforms such as the National Gas Development Plan or standalone gas to product facilities-gas to urea, CNG, Modular LNG or Gas to Power-for enhanced returns to its Stakeholders.
  • To identify opportunities for further gas optimization/utilization and integration through flare-out programs, gas sales and supply agreements with third party producers and throughput agreements with pipeline infrastructure owners,
  • To Optimize Shareholder Value from Crude Production through the Establishment of Modular Refining Operations for Produced Crude
