Background

Daniel Vote is the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Manager at Ardogreen Energy Limited, with over 13 years of local and international experience delivering HSE leadership across onshore and offshore oil and gas operations. He has worked with leading energy companies including Shell, Chevron, Nigerian Agip Exploration (NAE), Saudi Aramco, TotalEnergies, Seplat Energy, ANOH Gas Processing Company, and Subsea 7, supporting major projects across Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and Angola.

Daniel has held senior HSE leadership and consultancy roles across major upstream, midstream, and offshore assets, including Shell’s Bonga FPSO, Chevron’s Agbami FPSO, NAE Offshore’s MAYO ABO FPSO, the ANOH Gas Processing Plant and Seplat’s Sapele Integrated Gas Plant with extensive experience in operational HSE, process safety, ISO management systems, contractor assurance, and regulatory compliance. His international portfolio includes the Marjan and Zuluf offshore developments for Saudi Aramco and the CLOV Phase 3 offshore development in Angola for TotalEnergies.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), an MSc in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management, and the NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. Daniel is a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Management Systems, a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a Certified Incident Management System (IMS 300) Professional, and a member of IOSH, ISPON, SPE, COREN, NATE, NES, TSP, NISafetyE, and IIRSM.
